Bonnie Browning President
Bonnie has over 30 years of experience in the staffing industry serving US start-ups to Fortune 500 global recruiting efforts. Bonnie leads our corporate, investment and legal activities while cultivating top employers for our brightest minds.
During her career, Bonnie has hired and trained internal corporate staff of up to 60 and managed on-site contractors in projects 300+ staff size. As an early member of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry, she staffed projects for direct hires of 1000+ annually.
As Program Manager for the Washington DC Chief Technology Office, she led and managed the $55M IT Staff Augmentation contract, hiring and managing over 300 IT consultants at 28 Government Agencies.
Bonnie commutes between her residences in the Washington DC Metro area and Texas (her home state), while traveling extensively for events and onsite Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Chelcee blaine hall recruiting director
Chelcee brings over 10 years of experience specializing in Customer Service and Sales in recruiting, hospitality and retail. Chelcee manages our talent and client integrated sourcing strategies and candidate and client relationship management campaigns. She is responsible for Wild Blue's satisfaction ratings and review process as the arbiter of quality and effectiveness in our Human Collaboration Project.

Charlotte paige Vice President - controlLer
Charlotte Paige comes to Wild Blue with over 7 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to Wild Blue, she was the Vice President of New Construction Lending at Pioneer Bank of Austin, serving banking clients in new construction project P&L management, and financial operations. Charlotte manages our finance and accounting functions as well as our investor relations. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Texas State University.

Caroline has 10+ years of sales, P&L and General Management experience in the vibrant Austin, TX technology, music, hospitality and event industry. She has a vast network of technology and media leaders who drive ATX technology and economic development through meetings and events including the annual SXSW and ACL festivals and conferences. Caroline leads our Women in Business initiatives and is responsible for our sales and BD strategies.
